How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and we will send return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Yes. The kit comes with a power supply and can be controlled with a remote or the app.
Do the puck lights come with a remote?
Yes. The wireless LED puck lights are battery powered and come with a remote.
